Get ready for your school basketball season with ou r RGB Skills and Play Program! We feel that skills training is a great way to improve your game, and game play is a the best way to demonstrate the skills you have learned. Our RGB Skills and Play program provides both, with 8 skill training practices and 8 inter-play scrimmages. We will be putting together 4 or 5 teams of the same age level to play against one another. Training begins the week of June 3rd . Â Spots are limited so sign up now!

How do I join?
Players are required to attend one of our coming evaluations. Evaluation dates and times are listed below.
What does the program entail ?
8 skills training practices:
These 45 minute skills training practices will be held once a week for the eight weeks of the summer team season.

8 inter play scrimmages :
Scrimmages will be held on Mondays directly after skills training. We believe that game play is very important for each player as a way for them to work on and demonstrate their skills in real game situations. Â In order to make sure that each player gets enough playing time, each team will hold no more than 8-10 players.

When do we skills train/practice?
Each age level will have skills practice on Mondays.
